At Glamup Chikankari, we take great pride in offering handcrafted, unique pieces made with love and tradition. Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our products, we follow a careful return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear unboxing video or photo proof is provided as evidence.

Note:
Due to the handcrafted nature of chikankari embroidery, slight variations in design or threadwork are normal and not considered defects.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Products returned without original packaging or tag.

How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number, issue description, and unboxing video/photo evidence.
  3. Our team will verify the details and guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation.
